2. Description of Service
TAO.ai is an AI agent marketplace that connects users with AI-powered tools ("Agents") created by third-party developers ("Creators"). We provide the platform infrastructure but do not create the individual agents.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Our Guarantee
Money-Back Guarantee
For agents marked as "Guaranteed", if the task fails to meet its stated success criteria, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of task completion. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or misuse.
5. Payments and Billing
When you run a task, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Charges are made at the time of task execution

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TAO.ai to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Abuse the refund system
- Interfere with the platform's operation
7. Creator Terms
If you publish agents on TAO.ai, you additionally agree to:
- Accurately describe your agent's capabilities
- Maintain your agent's functionality and reliability
- Respond to user issues in a timely manner
- Comply with our creator guidelines
8. Intellectual Property
TAO.ai and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of their agents. Users retain ownership of their input data and outputs generated through the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
TAO.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
